What is RLD?
• Award-winning reflexology technique that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet.
• Developed by Sally Kay, a reflexologist working in Cancer Care, based on clinical experience and research.
• The aim is to encourage the body’s lymphatic system to function more effectively through reflexology.
• RLD has been researched in relation to breast cancer-related lymphoedema, a common side effect of treatment.
• Uses a unique and specific sequence designed to support the reduction of swelling. Around 20% of breast cancer patients may develop secondary lymphoedema in the arm after treatment.
• Lymphoedema is a condition involving tissue swelling due to poor lymphatic drainage, which has no known cure.
• This swelling can lead to reduced quality of life, emotional distress, and physical discomfort.
Why RLD May Help
• RLD offers a gentle, non-invasive support therapy for those living with lymphoedema and other conditions.
• It is comparable to Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and may be used in similar ways to support wellness.
• Can also support clients with other conditions where lymphatic flow or immune support is beneficial.

Absolutely wonderful. It is so relaxing and Kim has a beautiful caring manner whilst also having a large amount if knowledge about health and wellbeing in a holistic approach. The reflexology after 3 sessions is really making a big difference to how I feel and in particular less inflammation and better circulation. And along with that the whole session totally relaxes the whole body.
